Posting in the Help Desk

Exclamation Failure to do any of the following can result in deletion of the request with no warning or explanation Exclamation

* Make sure your title clearly summarizes your problem.

Good:  Studdering Playback with MKV Videos in VLC
Bad:  I am have a lot of trouble.......

* Be sure to describe you problem as thoroughly as possible. Do not be vague. The more information you give, the easier it will be for people to help you.
* Exclamation Replies Exclamation are to remain on topic and are to be helpful.
o Do not add useless comments like buy a new computer
o Do not get in arguements with members in the thread
o Do not hijack the thread for your own problem, unless it's DIRECLTY related to the topic, start your own thread.
* Before posting a question be sure to check Cartoon Central's FAQ topic and the Forum Rules as they may already answer your question.
* When opening a topic you must indicate if your problem has been solved within a reasonable period of receiving a reply, otherwise your topic will be locked.
* If your topic doesn't receive a reply within a reasonable amount of time, it may be locked; feel free to start a new topic if you are still are having issues.
* This should go without saying, but, it is considered courteous to thank other members who have helped you reach a resolution with your issue.
